With walls painted daffodil yelâ€" low, and rows of fragrant herbs tucked among white picket fences, The Herb Garden is guaranteed to lift your spirits. Owner Elaine Neilsen says she has been gardening for as long as she can remember, and many of her earliest memories are of fragrances from her grandmother‘s garden. "I‘d been thinking of doing this for a while ," she explains, "and then one day I decided to stop thinking about it, and just do it."
