International meet Oakville's Julie MacDonald and her N ew m arket dance partner, Michael Fawcett, competed in their second international competition -- and their first one outside of Canada -- earlier this month. The pair, who collected a silver medal at the national figure skating championships earlier this year, in novice dance, placed 14th at the Junior Grand Prix in Hague, Netherlands. The event was won by a Russian pair with the second place Americans and the third place Ukranians round ing out the podium placings.
