And while many new struc tures rise, h few are also in the planning stage. These include Oakville's new town hall, several big apartment projects, a 10storey office building fo r the downtown orea, a new banking center for Colbome Street and a new steel fabrication plant by Westeel Products. The big plant will be constructed south o f the Queen Elizabeth Way, east of the Fourth Line. " There's no better sign of pro gress than new buildings," con cluded a town official.
