In pursuance of the Authority and Powers granted by Letters Patent under the Companies Act of Canada, the Canadian Legion, through its Dominion Executive Council, doth hereby constitute and appoint Messrs: W. Howarth, G. MacLeod, L.W. Busby, A.G. Dobrashian, G.W. Collins, H. Lowe, A. Dalby, J. Lowe, A. Elliott, P. Craik, G. MacDonald, G.W. Green, R. Snowball, A.D. Gibson, E. Knight, together with other duly qualified persons with them associated at Bronte, Ontario, to be a branch of the Canadian Legion of the British Empire Service League and to be known as Bronte-Trafalgar, Ontario No. 486, Branch under the jurisdiction of the Ontario Command of the Canadian Legion and subject to the Constitution, By laws, Rules and Regulations of the Canadian Legion.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Dominion Executive Council have hereunto set the Corporate Seal of the Legion attested by the hands of the President and Secretary at Ottawa this seventeeth day of April, 1948.
