He lived on Salt Spring Island, BC with Karen, their daughter Lisa, and son Kai. They were a very close family. Paul had lived in Oakville. He went to John Wilson School and Blakelock High School, and played football with the Oakville Colts. He will be greatly missed by his parents, Jack and Vivien Adams of Burlington, his brother Martyn and wife Kathy, his sisters Debbie and Sandra Adams, and his many other relatives in Canada, U.S., and U.K. Paul was a great carpenter, and built many fine homes on Salt Spring Island. Predeceased by his beloved wife Jacqueline and cherished companion Jeannine, daughter Louise, grandson Raymond, and son-in-law Ben. Thursday March 26, 2015 while a resident of the St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville David Street entered into rest (and sailed away home). He was 82 years of age. David joined the R.C.A.F. at the young age of 17 and spent twenty years serving as a proud Canadian in the Armed Forces. Retired he spent time in a civilian DND position then as Calian Tech for a few more years. He really retired in 1991 and sailed his pride "Beetlejuice" Prescott, south for a two year cruise. Upon his return in 1993 he purchased a home in Prescott and was active in the community & Kiwanis Club, where he received the Mel Osborne Award for his involvement and good work in the Club. He served on the South Grenville District High School Advisory Board for a number of years. He could be seen walking his black lab, Boots and then Grumble along the river and about town. David Street beloved spouse and lifelong soulmate of Estelle Street (nee Guertin Gervais). Survived by children Diane, Cynthia, Linda, Sandra, Joseph and step-son Rock Gervais. Cherished Grandfather of Micky, Jennifer, Graham, Warren, Aaron, Erika, Tina, Marina and Step grandchildren Alexandra, Rochelle, Brett and Great Grandfather of Eight. David is survived by a brother Harry (Marjorie) of BC. Predeceased by his parent Lawrence and Lillian and by a brother Peter. Also survived by nieces and nephews. In keeping with David's wishes there will be no visitation.
