More than two dozen residents were evacuated as police and Oakville reghters investigated at 205 Queen Mary Dr. Residents were allowed to return to their homes at 8:40 p.m. that night. According to Halton Regional Police Supt. Chris Perkins, a suspicious package was found by the building superintendent in a vacant apartment on the fth oor. Described as "elaborate" by police, it was found in a corner unit on the north side of the building. Residents on that oor, as well as those above and below, were evacuated.
