At 8 p.m., at the 2302 Bridge Rd. theatre, four teams will face off in two matches in a "comedy war," stated a press release. Team Those Meddling Kids with Brennan Asbridge, Emma Currie and Erin Fearon will defend against second-place team Kill the Messenger, with Lynnae Dudley, Robin Sadavoy and Nastasja Polanka. This week's special guests include Oakvillians Carson Gale and Cliff Murphy from Moist Theatre and their Fresh Meat show in Toronto. Other special guests include: Kris Siddiqi (Second City main stage, Egg Zeppelin and Bad Dog's Throne of Games). The event will be hosted by Shann McGrail and scored by Second City musical director Jordan Armstrong. Admission costs $5. Theatresports pits two improvisational (improv) teams against one another in front of a voting audience that will decide which team can make them laugh harder.
