31 | Friday, September 26, 2014 | OAKVILLE BEAVER | www.insidehalton.com l Obituaries l Obituaries l Obituaries JOHNSON, Victoria Sian Died unexpectedly in her sleep in Ottawa last week at the age of 26. She was the dearly loved daughter of Brenda and Richard Johnson of Maitland, Ontario and cherished sister of Jennifer of London, England. During her all too short life, she faced more than her fair share of setbacks (cancer, the onset of epilepsy, and like many of her generation, the frustration of working hard for a degree and finding no work at the end of it). Each time, she gathered herself and moved forward without ever losing the sweetness and compassion which defined her character. We are devastated that this fine person will never have the opportunity to leave her mark in the world and regret all the things that we put off doing with her until some future unspecified date. In lieu of any donations or flowers, please do something nice with family or friends. Visitations have already taken place in Ottawa and Maitland. l Obituaries SANCI, Marilyn M.
