OAK's White sets three national age group swimming records at Oregon competition Oakville Aquatic Club swimmer Evan White set three national age group records at the Thunderbolt Junior International Swim Meet recently in Oregon. White set new Canadian standards for the men's 15-17 age group in the 100-metre and 200m fly as well as the 200m breaststroke, and finished the meet with five gold medals. White was also part of two national age group recordsetting OAK relay teams. Matthew Mac, Connor Wilkins, Bryce Kwiecien-Delaney and White combined to break the Canadian record in the men's 15-17 4x100m medley and Mackenzie Hamill, Kwiecien-Delaney, Mac and White set a new mark in 4x100m freestyle. Other swimmers to earn individual medals in Oregon included Tessa Cieplucha (silver), Kyle Haas (silver and bronze) and Kwiecien-Delaney (two bronze).
