Manchester, Gillian (1950 - 2013) - Passed away, without pain, 10 November. An indomitable spirit and a positive force in so many lives, Gill was also very engaged in her community. She was passionate about dragon boating and gardening. We feel her loss acutely and will truly miss our Gillie. We are relieved that her suffering is over. Gill was pre-deceased by her dear son Winston Alexander Garside, aged 19, in November 1995. Visitation at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens, Oakville, Saturday, 16 November, 3:00 p.m. Memorial service at 4:00, followed by a reception. Our thanks to Dr. Helen Pyle and the kind staff and volunteers at Ian Anderson House. To honour Gill's memory, in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Ian Anderson House.
