Residents have been receiving the word for many years to be environmentally responsible. Businesses are also discovering that going green is good for business. Reducing waste in the workplace isn't just good for the environment; it's good for the bottom line, employee morale and corporate public relations. Reducing waste at work can help lower operating costs while increasing operational productivity. And from a consumer's perspective, eco-friendly products and services are often more appealing and stand out from the competition.
