As all who knew David will attest he shared his strongly held opinions with anyone looking for a great debate. Cremation and A Service of Remembrance will be held at St. Stephen's Anglican Church in Cincinnati with immediate family attending. A celebration of David's life and interment is planned for May 2013 in Oakville. In lieu of flowers, the family asks your consideration of a donation in David's honour to any organization for Veterans or the Toronto Zoo. David leaves behind many who love and will miss him. They are comforted by the image of his father Peter welcoming him into the presence of God.
