Truck driver charged in death of Oakville man A Milton tractor-trailer driver is facing multiple charges related to driver fatigue in connection with a collision that killed an Oakville man on Saturday, March 27. Detectives with the Halton Regional Police Collision Reconstruction Bureau said the tractor-trailer, which was northbound on Regional Road 25, had crossed the centerline when it collided headon with a southbound minivan.
