Libby Campbell, owner of Ad-Lib Wear, in the area of Trafalgar and Cornwall Roads, said she noticed the signs were removed over the Easter weekend. She saw the signs up on Sunday morning, but by that evening they had disappeared. She reported to the police. Campbell had four signs advertising her business' location change, which happened in March, and she said the signs all had to be deliberately removed. "It wasn't like they took one or knocked it over," she said. "They were fixed. One was pounded to the ground; another one was on a fence with seven or eight cable ties.
