Channuka celebration Second-storey burglars needed ladder Halton Regional Police are investigating two break-ins in which a ladder is believed to have been used to gain entrance to the second level of two homes on Saturday, Dec. 12. Sometime between 5:4511:45 p.m., burglars gained access to the second level of two residences on Craigleith Road and Lyndhurst Drive. Once inside the homes, the burglars ransacked the master bedrooms and removed personal items. Items include several watches, a heart pendant with diamonds, a cross pendant with diamonds and a small safe. It is believed the culprits would have needed to carry a large ladder. No suspect descriptions are available at this time. If you have any information that leads to an arrest in this or any other matter, you may be eligible for a cash reward.
