The menu will feature authentic Italian cuisine with appetizers such as melone proscuitto, carpaccio, and arugula salad all for under $10; main courses will include home made pastas such as traditionally made cannelloni with veal and fettuccini with various sauces, and fish and veal dishes for under $20. "If there is something you want that isn't on our menu, we will make it," Sinaguglia says. "Our goal is to make our customers happy and comfortable ­ that's what's important." Pasquales Trattoria will also boast an extensive drink list that will sure to please everyone's palette. For the wine connoisseur, Pasquales will offer a wine list offering 40 different bottles with the majority costing under $40 including a large selection Italian, as well as Australian, Californian, Argentinean and South African. Behind the bar, customers will find many different beer choices from traditional Italian beer to Nicklebrook, Cameron and Sleeman as well as 2ounce cocktails and martinis for $6.95. The location for the new Italian eatery had to be completely redesigned to get the right look and feel of that of an Italian restaurant. A place where you can feel at home, without the hustle and bustle of that of a large, chain restaurant, Pasquales Trattoria will sure to be the go-to place for Italian cuisine.
