Oakville's favourite consignment store recently celebrated its one-year anniversary with new owner Sandi Hicks. The one-year anniversary party held on Friday, September 25 was all about the customers and consignors. "I wanted to recognize the people that have supported me throughout this past year," Sandi says. The day was full of added bonuses for customers including discounts, draws and giveaways with every purchase. Only a short year ago, the store's future was up in the air as the previous owner was retiring and looking to sell. As an established consigner at the store for 10 years and looking for a new career venture, Sandi followed her instincts and bought the store. "I had a gut feeling," she says.
