Expanding Halton's Dinewise Program Protecting the health and wellbeing of Halton residents is important and knowing the food we eat and serve to our family is prepared in a safe environment is something everyone can appreciate. The Dinewise program, which requires restaurants and food take-outs to Gary Carr disclose their food safety information, has been in place for a number of years. All nails and staples must be removed prior to collection.
