Photographers and creative artists who would like to develop their skills under the Tuscan sun are invited for a two-week stay in Tuscany. For $2,900, the trip includes airfare, accommodation, daily itinerary and tour guide. Local artist Dawn Angela Seeley has added another Artist's Get-Away to Tuscany this year back by popular demand. The family trip only has adults and one teen attending, so Seeley is extending the invitation to adults again for the June 28 to July 12 trip. It includes three days in Florence, a city sightseeing tour to see 26 different attractions in the old city, Uffizzi Galleries (Leonardo Da Vinci Exhibit), Galleria del' Accademia (Michelangelo's David), nine days at a 17th century country house and more. Those on the trip will live like the local people, shop in markets and learn some basic Italian. They'll also tour vineyards, and have the option of painting lessons, riding lessons and trails, cooking with an Italian chef, golfing, birding and biking. Experienced artists and novices are welcome, and people are invited to paint or sketch in their medium of choice, or take lessons in watercolours or acrylics. Trip is limited to 11 people.
