The group, which first performed in Oakville on July 1, 1867, will present its annual spring concert focusing on Oakville Through the Years at 2 p.m. at the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts. Helping the OWO celebrate these birthdays will be their special guests, the Circle of Harmony Chorus. This a cappella group has been winning awards for years. In the 2006 Lake Ontario Regional competition of Sweet Adelines International, this 32member chorus - the smallest in its category - placed first in the midsize chorus division against choruses with as many as 60 singers.
