It was a family reunion trip where my relatives flew in from all over the world. We decided on South America as our destination since none of us had ever been there before. The 12 day Princess Cruise from Buenos Aires to Santiago fit our schedules and the itinerary gave us the chance to spend time with everyone and enjoy the amenities of the ship during sea days but also have the opportunity to experience the sights of different ports along the way.
