Oakville man killed on Hwy 403 A driver who was killed when his car rolled over repeatedly on Hwy. 403 in Mississauga Tuesday night, wasn't wearing his seatbelt, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say. Police have identified the victim as 40-year-old Graham Murphy of Oakville. Police say the vehicle Murphy was driving was travelling at a high rate of speed on the westbound Hwy. 403 near Mavis Road when it suddenly veered into the embankment at around 9:15 p.m., rolling over several times. "It looks like they tried to take the off-ramp and swerved back on to the highway before rolling over," OPP Sgt. Chris Whaley said. OPP Cst. David Woodford said Murphy was ejected from the vehicle, which then landed on top of him. Murphy was airlifted to Sunnybrook hospital in Toronto with serious injuries and died early Wednesday morning.
