24 - The Oakville Beaver Weekend, Saturday July 1, 2006 www.oakvillebeaver.com Look, up in the sky PHOTOS BY GRAHAM PAINE / OAKVILLE BEAVER FLYING HIGH: The Oakville Model Flying Club's 11th annual air show held recently in Milton at Drumquin Park had all eyes focused skyward, like those of six-year-old Larisa Lohnes (left) atop dad Chesley's shoulders. In the sky were model aircrafts like the popular Fly Boy lawnmower-styled aircraft (top) owned by Heinz Ernstberger. Some, like Chuck Barsony (above) were left to pick up the pieces. His balsa and plywood Fly Baby model aircraft, which took hundreds of hours to build, crashed at the air show. The infield (right) featured dozens of model aircrafts of all sizes and colours for onlookers to check out. news... real estate... classifieds... your best source... www.oakvillebeaver.com KEEPING SENIORS INFORMED Our LivingWell Events are Open to the Public Special Events for July Strawberry Social Thursday, July 6 Jack Grason Thursday, July 27 Ballroom Dancing Monday, July 31 Delmanor Glen Abbey is Oakville's premier retirement residence for active adults.
