Herb‘s "temporaryâ€"permanent" of Greater Toronto girlfriend Steffy Blondell answers the door and the fun begins. "This is a good story about a heroic 19â€"yearâ€"old girl who manâ€" ages to build bridges within her own family, and find out about the father she never knew," explains Beattie. "This play has something to say to the public. You‘ll laugh a lot and you‘re probably going to cry." Beattie has gathered the origiâ€" nal cast back for an October tour which will take them to St. Catharines, Markham, Oakville, then to Niagara Falls, Petrolia, Brampton, _ Owen _ Sound, Waterloo, ending in Saint John and Moncton, New Brunswick.
