Scriver feels that guidelines and acceptable limits don't mean anything because they don't really know just how harmful the air- borne concentrates and dust can be. The mineral transfer site is within 2km of every residence in town, including schools homes and gardens. No other town in Ontario has a transfer facility right in town.
