Among the business reports accepted, chairman Pauline Kidder noted there were 433 members and one new life mem- ber to date. Rossport convenor Maureen Tychoniak was congrat- ulated on completing her cam- paign with 29 members. Attending the Regional Hospital Auxiliary meeting in Thunder Bay Thursday, January 25th will be the President, Regional Representative Vicky Boucher and the chairman, Elaine Mannisto. : Correspondence concerning a proposed Provincial training pro- gram in volunteer management skills was discussed: Members felt some would attend a work- shop if one were available in the area. Four babies had been born in McCausland Hospital since the last meeting and received bootees from Norma Crockford. Norma _was pleased to report receiving baby wool from Anna McKie.' A thank you for Christmas tray favors was received from Melanie McKenna, Director of Dietery Services. Marg expressed the Auxiliary's appreciation to Jeanne Randle for the beautiful Christmas painting within the hospital and also to the members who had come out to help deco- rate the hospital for Christmas and wrap gifts for the patients. The President thanked the convenors, the many ladies who had baked and those who had assembled the trays and the men who had delivered trays.
