Fitness for Fun (Lynn Pearen) This 3 day per week - 8 week exercise program will commence on January 9th and conclude on March 3rd. The moming program (10:00 to 11:00 a.m.) consists of warm ups, non impact aerobics, body exercis- es, stretches and cool downs. Photography (Dave Chmara) A six week basic photography course is being presented on Sunday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. commencing on April 2nd. Subjects taught will include - how to choose a camera, camera care, light and lenses, filters com- position, exposure, flash photogra- phy and accessories. Fly Fishing - Basics of Fly Tying (Doug Melville) This one day program will take place on April 15th. The introduc- @ tory session will cover the basics of & tying their own locally effective ™ flies, tools, hooks and various tying % material will be discussed. Happy Hoppers (Lorraine) Morning class being held on Monday - Wednesday - Friday from 10:00 till 11:00 a.m., com- mencing on January 9th. Happy Hoppers (Lorraine) An evening program to be held on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Public School commencing January 10th. Babysitting Training (Jan Jacko) Open to boys and girls ages 10 and over. Program to run from January 17th to January 25th from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Kids Krafts (Jeff Mikus) Two age level classes will be commencing on January 21st. New and exciting crafts will be made during this session. C.PR. (Heartsaver) (Cathy Withers) One class will be held on Saturday February 11th and the second class will be held on Sunday February 12th. Each class is a 7 hour complete course. Flower Arranging (Eleanor Gould) This 6 week basic design flower arranging will be presented on February 11th and 12th. Advanced Paper Tole Level 1 (Darlene) To be presented on February 25th and 26th. Quilting (Dorothy Dakin) A ten week program commenc- ing on January 25th, will teach the basics of sewing a quilt. Retirement Planning (Don Thompson) A 7 week program on the ins and outs of preparing for retire- ment. Program commences on February 6th. Upholstery (Stella Gusul) A two week Monday to Friday program starting on April 3rd. Small articles to be upholstered will be accepted only! Decorative Tole Painting (Jane Timble) The art of Tole painting will be taught in a one day program to take place on Saturday, January 28th, from 9:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. Deadlines are usually a week before the program commences. Dance for Heart The word is out now the excit- ing program Dance for Heart, spon- sored by the local and Thunder Bay chapters of the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be held in Terrace Bay in February.
