Tournament Supplies lots of action It was a very exciting day last Satur- day when seven teams from the area gathered at the Terrace Bay arena for close to six hours of non-stop hockey. The Fourth Mite Beginners Tourna- ment included teams from Red Rock, Marathon, Schreiber and Terrace Bay playing for fun in non-competitive match-ups that saw end to end play. Each team played twice during the day. At the end of every game, each player was awarded a medallion for taking part in the tourney. The players lined up on the blue line and as their names were called, they skated over to the P.A. booth to claim their prize. The results of play are as follows: T.B. Oilers 4, Mayfair 6; T.B. Bruins 11, Marathon 3; Red Rock 5, Sabres 3; Sportsworld 0, T.B. Bruins 11; Marathon 6, Mayfair 5; Red Rock MF T.B. Oilers 5; and T.B. Sabres 6, Sportsworld 1.
