Minor soccer is getting into high gear in Terrace Bay, with games being Thursday, and Saturday, the town's Recreation Of- fice reported this week. Blue Thunder is present- ly leading the standings in the 5 to 8 year old division, while in the 9 to 14 divis- ion, the Canadians are out in front. Both teams are undefeated and have played some strong teams in good games. The majority of players are very enthusiastic about the game of soccer, though many players have yet to _| come to any games and are -|-weakening their teams. Receeation Co-ordinator Terry Bryson would like to thank all coaches, volunt- eers, and helpers for thier continuing support. Please note that the town pool will be closed on Aug- ust 29.
