What you think should happen, doesn't always happen - but that's the way our - is supposed to_ system work. In the end I have learned to depend on the good common sense of the people of this Town. If a mistake is made, they will correct it the next time around. Deciding to move has been a terribly difficult decision to make, but we have decided to take an op- portunity that may never occur again. The move to Nicol Island is just what we have always wanted. I have dreamed of coming home from work and jumping in- to a boat from my-own dock and going fishing.
