Chicken in Wine 2 pkgs. chicken thighs 6 tbsp. oil 2 cups mushrooms 1 can mushroom soup undiluted % cup chicken broth (oxo chicken flavoured) 2 cup orange juice ¥Y, cup dry white wine 1 tbsp. brown sugar sliced fresh ¥% tsp. salt 4 carrots, sliced Shake chicken in season- ed flour. Fry in oil until browned. Fry mushrooms in butter. Combine remain- ing ingredients in large casserole dish. Add chicken and mushrooms cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
