With the winter break things have been quiet here not much happening. Just waiting for the Easter Bun- ny. I guess there is still some kid left in this old shell because I love Easter eggs. Of course if they were not so fattening it would be better. We are looking forward to seeing our friends who left last fall for warmer climes. They will soon be coming back to enjoy our nice cool summer weather, it wil be nice to see them and chat over a cup of coffee. Mrs. Rita McBride made a comment to Coun- cil that "If the user groups delegate the punishment for one of their participants who are guilty of miscon- duct, what of those who are not inyolved in any organized activity and are guilty of misconduct?"
