The area to be stopped up and closed as shown on the attached plan. AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE - that the said Council will at the time and place above mentioned, hear in person, or by his Counsel, solicitor or agent, any person who claims that his land will be prejudicially affect -ed by the by-law, and who applies to be heard. The said by-law may be inspected during business hours, by any interested party at the office of the Town Clerk prior to the passing thereof.
