Sargent: Matti Illikainen of Thunder Bay entered a plea of guilty to impaired driving and was fined $300.00 or 30 days in jail as well as having his driver's licence suspended for the mandatory period of 3 months. David James Mallais of Terrace Bay entered a plea of guilty to impaired driving and was fined $400.00 or 40 days in jail as well as receiving a 1 year suspension of his driver's licence. Hilton Paul Mushquash of Rossport was found guilty of impaired driving and was fined $300. or 30 days in jail as well as having his dri- ver's licence suspended. Kevin David MacNeil of Thunder Bay entered a plea of guilty to driving a motor vehicle with over .08 mgs of alcohol in his system and was fined $350.00 or 35 days in jail as well as having his driver's licence suspended for the mandatory period of 3 months. James McParland of Schreiber entered a plea of guilty to impaired driving and was sentenc- ed to 14 days in the District Jail as this was a second offence within two years.
