The area fo be stopped up and closed as shown on the attached plan. AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE- that the said Council will at the time and place above mentioned, hear in person, or by his Counsel, solicitor or agent, any person who claims that his land will be prejudicial ly affected by the by-law, and who applies | to be heard.
