LEGION MIXED BOWLING PLAN LEAGUE ROLL- OFFS AND BANQUET The executive, captains and prize commi t= « tee of the Royal Canadian Legion mixed bowling league, held a meeting at the Hall on Thurs- day, April 7th. The first place team, "The Spitfires" and "Cameron Highlanders" will roll-off for 1st and 2nd placings on Friday, April 22nd at 7 - p.m. Captains must contact their team in re- gards to this date. i The League Roll-offs have been scheduled for Friday, April 15th at 6:30 p.m. with ; Captains again notifying their teams. < A general discussion followed on the date for the Bowling Banquet. Due to April being a busy month this has been planned for May. The Banquet will be for bowlers, guests and escorts only with each couple to bring a cas- serole. Presentations will proceed after the Banquet. All persons donating trophies will be contacted personally by a member of the 'prize committee. An open dance at the Legion Hall will follow the Banquet.
