The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Schreiber intends to construct as a local improvement the installation of an eight-inch cast iron water main on: Peary Street fron To Existing watermain 130' north of approximately 160' Langworthy Street : north of Kingsway and a six-inch cast iron water main to be laid on: : Langworthy Street Peary Street Ethel Street and that an eight-inch sanitary sewer line will be laid on: Peary Street Existing 8" diameter 130' north of sanitary sewer approx- Langworthy Street imately 160' north of : : Kingsway and on: Langworthy Street Peary Street Ethel Street and intends fo specially assess the cost upon the land abutting directly on the work and upon the land that is immediately benefiting by the work, namely Lots 100, 108 to 11 inclusive, 135, 136 on the east side of Peary Street and Lots 112 to 116 inclusive, 133, 134 on the west side of Peary Street and Lots 117 to 120 inclusive on the south side of Lang- worthy and Lots 125 to 132 inclusive on the north side of Langworthy. 2. The estimated cost of the work is $25,100 for fhe instal lation of watermains and $24,600 for sanitary sewers and $7,600 for sanitary house service connections. The estimated cost per foot frontage is $15.92 for watermains and $15.60 for sanitary sewers with an additional cost of $303.85 per 'lot for sanitary house service connections. The special assessment to be paid in 10 equal annual installaments af 91% and is estimated to be $2.45/foot/year for watermains, $2.40/foot/year for sanitary sewers and $46.82/year per lot for each sanitary house service connection. : 3. Application will be made by the Corporation to the Ontario Municipal Board for its approval of the undertaking of the work and where this form is published under Subsection 4 of Section 8 of the local Improvement Act, any owner may within twenty-one days after the publication or mailing of this notice, whichever is later, file with the clerk his objection to the work being undertaken. . 4.
