TAKE NOTICE that a preliminary organizational hearing concerning Phase Il of the proceedings of this Commission will be held on Wednesday the 19th day of November 1975 at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon at the hearing room of the Commission, 151 Bloor St. West, Toronto, for the purpose of determining dates of hearings in Toronto and other matters relative to the future conduct of the proceedings of the Commission. AND TAKE NOTICE that any person OTHER THAN 1. THOSE PREVIOUSLY RECOGNIZED AS PARTICIPANTS IN PHASE | OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND 2. THOSE INTERESTED ONLY IN HEARINGS OUT OF TORONTO, desiring to participate in the hearings of the Commission should file with the Secretary of the Commission on or before Monday the 17th day of November 1975 notice in writing to that effect, including in such notice the full name and address of such person, a brief statement of the nature of the interest of such person in the subject matter under inquiry, whether such person will or will not be represented by Counsel and if so the name and address of such Counsel and whether or not such person intends to seek liberty to call and examine or cross-examine witnesses personally or by Counsel: Hearings of the Commission will be held in Toronto as soon as practicable following the organizational hearing, continuing throughout the balance of the year and resuming Wednesday the 7th day of January 1976. Regional Hearings. AND TAKE NOTICE that hearings dealing with regional price differentials affecting gasoline and other petroleum products will be held at representative places throughout the Province commencing in January 1976. This year the different ideas of costumes was exceptio- nal. Ghosts, witches, skeletons, pretty lad- ies and jailbirds tur- ned our in an extrado- rdinary variety. It was truly a good exp- erience to walk with the little ones along the streets. The tiny clowns and princesses with cats and lambs trailing behind them seem unaware of the big "Horrors" lurking above them. All they saw were lighted win- dows and grinning Jack O-Lanterns welcoming them in for their trick or treat from the kind person distributing them. One real blood curdling moment for the one area was the sudden high pitched howling of a frighten- ed hound dog. The poor thing had been half scared out of his wits by the sudden appearance of an ap- parition as it float- ed past his dog house. Of course, no boy could ever resist this won- derful scaring tactic, so, that innocent hound had competition for the next hour, much to the delight of dozens of trick or tr- eaters passing that way.
