Minutes of the July I5th, I975 meeting and Special Meeting of July 2Ist, I975 were adopted as circulated. A letter from Pinewood Court in Thunder Bay was received showing laundry costs for resi- dential care and for extended care. Sick leave days for non-union personnel was put to I-% days per month from I day per month eff- ective September \Lst, 1075. The Service Employees Union Agreement would soon be up\and the Board is being asked wheth- er to negotiate money matters on a central basis and local matters locally. The Adminis- trator is to check on same for the next meet- ing. The Ambulance Service is still continuing to be operated from the Kimberly-Clark Mill until the Ministry awards it to someone in Schreiber where the ambulance has been station ~ed. A contract has now been signed between the Board and the Architects G.B.R. Associates of Winnipeg. The parking lot at the Hospital has now gles. FM music for the new doctors' room is being looked into. The Hospital was visited on August I2th, I975 by the President of OHA and three of his staff who were touring some of the small hos- pitals of Northern Ontario. .
