High School High School > TERRACE BAY RECREATION DEPARTMENT WEEKLY REPORT TENNIS TOURNAMENT : Dependent on the number of registrations, two tennis tournaments have been planned for the weekend of August 23rd and 24th. The set- up will be as follows: I5 years of age and un- der, with the second tournament for I6 years and over. Fees would be as follows: for both tournaments, $3.00 for non-Recreation members and $I.50 for Recreation members. Cash prizes will be awarded fox first and second place, the amounts being determined by the number of reg- istrations received. If you wish to enter either of these tourn-. aments, register with the Recreation Office before Thursday, August 2Ist. Registration forms are available and entry fee must accom- pany the completed registration form. MINOR BALL: Games have been tentatively scheduled for. three leagues, which are as follows: Senior Girls, National League Boys and an all-star team from the American League. These games will be played starting August IIth, with the first game being played in Manitouwadge.
