HOWARD and a passenger in his car, Frank BARATTA, 23 also of Ottawa were admitted to McCausland Hos- pital in Terrace Bay and are in satisfactory condition. Mr. and Mrs. BYRGESEN were on their honeymoon after being married on August IOth, I974. HOWARD has been charged with Criminal Negligence as a result of the accident and will appear in Provincial Court, Schreiber at a lat- er date. Both vehicles were completely demol- ished in the accident. ; On Saturday, August I7th, I974, a vehicle driven by Deborah DYKE of Port Perry, Ontario went out of control on Highway I7 at Walkers Lake, Schreiber. The vehicle struck a sign post and roller over causing $1200.00 damage. Miss DYKE and a passenger Paul SKINNER of Prin- ce Albert, Ontario suffered cuts and bruises.
