A tour of the new high school was held Sat- urday afternoon with Mr. W. Houston and althou- gh the school is a beautiful building with numerous opportunities, we couldn't help remem- bering the six-classroom school with the strict discipline and regulated times. A dinner and dance was held Saturday evening at the Masonic Hall. Lloyd Phillips acted as M.C. for the evening and on behalf of all who attended, expressed our thanks to Jan and Stan Train and his wife Bonnie for their untiring efforts in organizing the reunion. Mrs. Donna Dey then presented Janis with an abstract ceramic replica of a Moose. Saturday evening was another late night but almost everyone was up bright and early to attend the Champagne breakfast Sunday morning with only a few straglers. Sunday afternoon was free time (mostly to rest) and a weiner roast was held Sunday even= ing at the Pumphouse. Everyone marvelled at the beautiful moon rising on the horizon early in the evening, but apparently only 4 watched the sun rise the following day. Mr. Jon Ferguson (a former teacher of most) and his wife and son Kenny attended the weiner roast. Monday was farewell morning and many sad sighs were heard as goodbyes were said.
