RECREATION .CONFERENCE - CORRECTION: It should be pointed out that a mistake occurred in last week's News regarding the location of the I974 Fall Ontario Municipal Recreation conference. This Recreation conf- erence will be held in Thunder Bay, not Terracs Bay, as printed in last week's News. REVISED CENTRE HOURS -- EASTER SUNDAY: In accordance with the policy regarding holiday hours for the Recreation Centre, the general public is informed that the Recreation Centre will be open from I p.m. to © p.m. only on Easter Sunday, April I4th. TERRACE BAY "RAIDERS" WIN LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP: Congratulations are certainly in order to our local Intermediate team, the Terrace Bay "RAIDERS", for having captured the Norwest League Championship on April 4th by defeating Marathon I6-I. The final series with Marathon was 3 out of 5 with Terrace Bay winning the first 3 games. Again, congratulations to the NOTICE OF MEETING The McCausland Hospital Corporation will hold its Annual Meeting of Members on Wednesday, April 17, 1974 at 8.00P.M. in the Auditorium of the Terrace Bay Campus of Lake Superior High School "RAIDERS" for an outstanding season. PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB - OPEN MEETING: The Recreation Office has received a total of 7 names of people interested in the forma- tion of a Photography club. In order to dis- cuss this idea furgfher, an open meeting will be held for anyone interested on Wednesday, April IOth, at 7 p.m. in the Cénference Room of the Centre. If you are interested in hav- ing a Photography Club formed, plan to attend the meeting. RINGETTE: Due to adverse weather conditions, the Manitouwadge teams could not play on Sunday, April 7th.
