RECREATION CONFERENCE At a meeting held at Confederation College on March 25th, Ollie Chapman was appointed chairman of a Northwestern Ontario Municipal Recreation Conference to be held in Terrace Bay .in the early Fall. This conference will bring together Municipal Recreation people and professional Recreationists from as far as Man --~itouwadge in the east and Kenora in the west. Also attending the meeting at Confederation College were Jerry Dupas, Co-ordinator at Terrace Bay, Iris Smith and Peggy Belensky of 4 Dorion, Helen Thompson of Sioux Lookout, Alfred Eberhardt of Dryden, Gordon McBride of Fort Frances, Clay Pettapiece of Manitouwadge and Marlene Lindsay, Keith Sveinson and Dorothy Heward of Thunder Bay.
