Under busi- ness arising, Frank 'Anderson read the minutes of the last Development Committee meeting and reported that some members of the committee, will meet with certain health agencies in Thunder Bay. The committee then hopes to have a proposal ready for the full Board in the early part of 1974.and will recommend that Dr. Baldwin, Area planning Co-Ordinator for the Ministry of Health, be invited to visit us again to discuss the proposal. Don Beno read a report of the Finance Com-- mittee meeting with Mr. Herring, Financial Representative - Ministry of Health. Mr. Her= ring was unable to answer our questions re- garding capital funding for new hospitals or availability of other funds or grants but did suggest that the Board contact Mr. Jamieson, : Manager of Hospital Grants.
