Reeve Bray reported on behalf of Councillor Brassard. He reported 80 dogs are presently licensed in town and felt a flyer should go to each household outlining the by-laws for dogs in town. After some discussion Council has decided a letter must be submitted to them if anyone has a complaint against a dog. Council also stated the hole next to the Wills' residence had been filled in. The final discussion for the evening dealt with having a matron available to the Police Department when cases involving females occur.
