Appearing in the last sitting of provincial court with Judge Roy Mitchell presiding were Michael Brian Gerlach and Donald Wayne Kostiuk charged with Break, Enter and Theft. They were remanded for one month. Also appearing in this court were Oran Rog- er Meister, Joseph Desaulniers and Paul Belli- veau charged with Break, Enter and Theft. They were remanded until November I3th. Appearing before Judge Connor at provincial court Thunder Bay, was Blaine Neely whose case was transferred from Terrace Bay. He pleaded guilty to Break Enter and Theft, attempted Break and Enter and theft of a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to three months concurrent on each charge.
