Father A. Greengrass officiated at the double ring ceremony. Leanne is the daughter of Mr. G. Calder, Fort Frances and Mrs. J. Calder, Thunder Bay P. Phil is the son of Mr. and Mrs. G. Burns of Terrace Bay. Gladioli adorned the altar as the bride was escorted up the aisle by her father. Miss Ce- line Landry was the organist and Miss Vangie Pineault sang. The bride was gowned in a floor length white model, fashioned in chiffon over taffeta with long chiffon sleeves, empire waistline, with lace insert and a ribbon bow. The hem of the gown featured a wide lace panel, softly falling into a train at the back. The Victorian style headress with bouffant veil also had a lace edge. She wore an Ivory rose pendant and ear rings. She carried a bouquet of yellow daisies and yellow roses. The Maid of Honour, Suzanne Theriault wore a long yellow Polyester crepe gown, featuring an A-line skirt, V neckline and Peter Pan coll- ar with an Opal necklace. Her head dress was a yellow floppy brimmed hat and she carried a single white mum set in a lace nosegay arran- gement. The Best man was Bevan Black and ushers were At a reception held at the home of the groom, Mrs. Calder received wearing a street length blue dress with vest to match and a white rose corsage. Mrs. Burns also received, in a long pink and black printed gown and white rose corsage Mr. Alex Marquis gave the toast to the Bride. Rosalyn Calder circulated the guest book. The wedding cake was cut by Mrs. Florence Fischer, of Schreiber and served to the guests by Leanne and Phil. For travelling to Duluth and Fort Frances, Leanne donned a pink blouse and purple Palo- 2z0 pants, with a yellow rose corsage. Prior to her marriage, Leanne was the guest of honour at two showers given by Mrs. Paul Rochan and Mrs. Cleon Smith. The couple are residing at 2I2 Ontario Street, Schreiber. Out of town guests at the wedding were Mrs. Corrine Brooks, Arlene and Vicki O'Conn- ell, Sioux Lookout; Ray and Wilma Defay, Rog- er and Gail Fournier and Irene Bolan, Thunder Bay.
