Marie, Ontario. THE AUXILIARY TO THE MCCAUSLAND HOSPITAL Rossport was the site of the June I8th meeting of the auxiliary. This was the final meeting until September I7th. Beth Macadam welcomed the Rossport ladies and thanked Mrs. Todesco for holding the meet- ing in her store. ; Correspondence included a letter of thanks from the Board of Governors for the light and other equipment donated by the auxiliary. The auxiliary plans to join the Hospital Auxiliary Association. This group will keep us up-to-date on the current happenings of other hospitals and give us helpful hints on bettering our auxiliary. The auxiliary is still trying to collect rags. Lil Harris and Beth Macadam will accept these either in pieces approximately 24"x24" or.as is. Elaine Mannisto and Kay Stefurak are look- ing for ladies to knit for us. If anyone is interested, place give them a call. Knitting materials are available for projects. Get ready for the auxiliary dance to be held in Schreiber in September. See you there LADIES GOLF NEWS On Tuesday, June 26th, two flights of lady golfers participated in the twilight, with P. Wellings coming through with low net, J. Ratt- ray with low hole and I. Romanuk guessing her score. Sunday, July Ist, the ladies executive, took out for eighteen holes for the Board of Directors trophy. J. Gunter being the lucky trophy winner with P. Wellings runner up. A short reminder ladies of the dates for our pin round tournament. All rounds I8 holes with six out of ten to be played to qualify.
