Physical changes would involve re- moval of existing temporary wall and draft wall. Installation of electrical strip to accommodate pinball machines. (b) relocate employees lunch room and storage shelves from Art and Craft Room to the small meeting room. (c) instal 3 ft. divider in lounge area to give privacy to proposed dining area (approx- imately five tables) and, provide a defined entrance to the Recreation Office. Physical change would be the removal of existing ben- ches located around the window area. (d) the present games room would be used as a second meeting room. (e) Trades Training sessions would be relocat- ed in the large meeting room. All costs connected with the above mention- ed changes will be borne by the municipality."
